{ fall for breakfast }

Like a cup. Made it this morning. You should consider.

Apple Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
large spoonful of low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 can (8 oz.?) organic pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 2-ish cups unsweetened apple sauce
  • several hits of Pumpkin Pie Spice 
  • (or you can just use cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves to taste)

Sorry the recipe is so...informal? I tend to wing it in the kitchen. Artistic license.
