We also suckered my aunt and this super sweet little girl into coming with us. It's this thing we started doing back when I was in high school...it's called, Bring Other People on Family Vacations to Help Diffuse Arguments and the Overall Unpleasantness of Being Stuck Together for So Long. Anyhow, Yosemite really is one of my favorite places on the planet (possibly favorite National Park), but it's been a while since I've been back, as you can see...
Note my arms/hands in the last two... (?) What can I say...life's a dance...

Thank you for the link about the firefalls. It had some wonderful "notes" from many people, who like myself, remember the wonders of the firefalls and Yosemite's great past. As wacky as my own parents were, they managed to see the beauty of Yosemite and throw all of us kids into the back a car and visit as many times as we could afford. What goes around, comes around....thanks for letting us through you into the back of the car!
